Phillip Bolte was six weeks old the first time his mother took him sailing, so he had an earlier introduction to the wonders of being on the water. To this day, Phil is out cruising around on the lake as often as he can and cannot imagine a better place to live and enjoy life along the lakeshore than his hometown of Port Clinton. If boating is Phil’s true passion, then golf is a very close second. His grandmother taught him how to swing a club, starting with a putter, then an iron and before long he was joining her on the course.
